Via our website. You can order using the shopping cart on our website. Here is a good starting point to explore our Luminary lighting and Geometrica glass sculptures.

We accept Credit Cards, Paypal and Bank deposits.

Packing

All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged in layers of bubble wrap, surrounded with white foam and packaged in sturdy cardboard containers. All orders valued over $2000 have specially packaged boxes for extra safety needs.

Each order comes with an information card describing the shape you have purchased and cleaning instructions.

Delivery methods and times

All Luminary Light and Geometrica glass sculpture orders within Australia are sent by courier. Adresses in Australia take 1-4 days to arrive depending on the exact location.

International packages - Standard delivery is by Australia Post. Overseas parcels take between 1-3 weeks for delivery.

International courier delivery can be organised for you by contacting our office directly.

All jewellery items are sent via Australia Post. International orders are sent by registered post so we can track it for you!

If you require urgent delivery please contact us so we can arrange a courier service that meet your requirements.

Returns and refunds

You may return an item to us within the parameters set below – whether you have changed your mind about the item you have ordered or it arrives damaged.

All items for return must have a Return Authorisation number – please contact our office within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it. The products must then be returned to us within a further 7 days (Australian deliveries) or 21 days (International deliveries). Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted only at the discretion of Zakay Glass Creations.

The cost of return postage is paid by the customer. International sales tax and custom duties are not refunded for shipments outside Australia.

How to proceed if you wish to return goods and claim a refund:
1. Contact our office to arrange a return authorisation number
2. Repackage glass form in original packaging and return to our gallery address.
3. Refunds will be paid to your credit card as soon as we have received the returned items.

Gift vouchers

You can purchase gift vouchers via the website or by contacting us. Your gift recipient will be able to redeem the cost of the voucher against any Zakay Glass Creation product.
