How to order

Via our website. You can order using the shopping cart on our website. Here is
a good starting point to explore our glass pieces.
By mailing an order form
By phoning us with your order.

We accept Credit Cards, Cheque and Bank deposits.

All orders come carefully wrapped and packaged in layers of bubble wrap and are carefully packaged in sturdy cardboard containers. All orders valued over $2000 have specially packaged boxes for extra safety needs.

Each order comes with an information card describing the shape you have purchased.

Delivery methods and times

Standard delivery is by Australia Post. Addresses in Australia take between 2-4 working days to arrive – depending on the location in Australia. Overseas parcels take between 1-3 weeks for delivery.

If you require urgent delivery please contact us so we can arrange a courier service that meet your requirements.

Large items (as noted in our catalogue and website) are shipped by arrangement, by contacting our office.

Returns and refunds

You may return an item to us within the parameters set below – whether you have changed your mind about the item you have ordered or it arrives damaged.

All items for return must have a Return Authorisation number – please contact our office within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it. The products must then be returned to us within a further 7 days (Australian deliveries) or 21 days (international deliveries). Returns received outside the above timeframes are accepted only at the discretion of Zakay Glass Creations.

The cost of return postage is paid by the customer. International sales tax and custom duties are not refunded for shipments outside Australia.

How to proceed if you wish to return goods and claim a refund:
1. Contact our office to arrange a return authorisation number
2. Repackage glass form in original packaging and return to our gallery address.
3. Refunds will be paid to your credit card as soon as we have received the returned items.

Gift vouchers

You can purchase gift vouchers via the website or by contacting us. Your gift recipient will be able to redeem the cost of the voucher against any Zakay Glass Creation product.
